This notice is required by Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). It is an English translation of the Japanese notice, and covers contracts billed in Japanese yen (customers with a billing address in Japan). Billing in US dollars has not opened yet.

Prices and payment

| When payment is due | Credit card: at the time of purchase. After that, the fee is charged automatically at the start of each period (one month or one year). When you add a site or upgrade a plan during a period, the difference for the rest of the period is charged at that time. |

The billing interval (monthly or yearly) is the same for every site in an account and is set at the first purchase. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
Delivery, cancelation and refunds

| When the service is provided | Immediately after your order and payment are complete. The plan’s limits and features take effect at once. |
| Returns and cancelation | Because this is a digital service, it cannot be returned after payment. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. No pro-rated refund is made if you cancel, delete a site or close your account during a period. |
| How to cancel | You can cancel at any time yourself in the dashboard (Account → Billing). You can cancel a single site or the whole account’s contract; either ends at the end of the current period, and until then the current plan stays in place. You can undo the cancelation within the period. Downgrades also take effect at the end of the period. See Canceling, closing your account and exporting data. |
